Shipping Policy
We deliver to most addresses within Australia (all areas accessible to Australia Post)
Acceptance of deliveries: deliveries must be signed for, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Max and Hound to be authorised to receive the products. In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery Australia Post or their carrier will leave a card for you to collect at your local post office.
All deliveries within Australia are made by Australia Post and their carriers and are therefore subject to their delivery terms.
Exchange Policy
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase if you wish to exchange.
If you need to exchange an item, email info@maxandhound.com.au and you will receive a RAN (Request Authorisation Number) and post your item to Ground Floor Unit 7/565 Beaufort Street, Mount Lawley WA 6050 To complete your return, we require the Max and Hound receipt as proof of purchase, all items must be returned (at the customers expense), unused and in the same condition that you received it; all tags must be attached and sent back in the original packaging.
Freight costs are non refundable. If your request for a return authorisation number is approved, return freight costs will be at your own expense.
